We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure the tags are still attached and the shoebox is not used as the shipping container.

Are etnies shoes true to size?

Most of our skate and lifestyle shoes fit true to size. However, if you prefer a roomier fit or have wider feet, we recommend going up a half size, especially in our high-performance padded models.

Do you offer vegan-friendly footwear?
