At etnies, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your gear, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging and secure the return label to the outside of the box, ensuring all old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
